Household Cleaning
Whatever you need, the way you want it done, with the cleaning supplies you like!
We bring rags but use whatever you supply. We do bring a few cleaners (just in case) and can provide all the cleaning supplies for an additional charge ($5 + GST/hr per person)

Regular Cleans bill at $35 +GST/hr per Person – this could be weekly, biweekly or monthly.
One time cleans bill at $40 +GST/hr per person – these are for those that are looking for a single clean, or are wanting to call us as needed. If you feel after your one time clean that you are wanting to book more regularly, (within the month) the additional $5/hr will be credited to your second invoice. Example, First clean done, 6 billable hrs, totalling $240. If you choose to book regular cleans after that, on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, your following invoice will have a $30 credit.
Move out Cleans
Top to bottom interior cleaning – we provide all cleaning supplies required, except a vacuum (this is the easiest way to transport bed bugs) – note we only do interior windows that are reachable with a step ladder (full window cleaning can be subcontracted out for an additional, separate fee)
Bill at $45 +GST/hr per person – to give an idea, an average move out is between 10-20hrs
Organizing
We can work with you, or without (note this takes much longer) to find a system that works for you!
Bill at $40 +GST/hr
Window Washing/landscaping is available. Note this service is Subcontracted out. The fee is 10% above the subcontractors fee – however, you do not need to be there, arrange it, get the quote or even pay the subcontractor. This will all be done through us and billed to you +GST.
Any other services that you can think of! What do you need to make your life easier? Grocery Shopping? Running your kids to sports? Have someone home for the cable guys to come connect? These services are billed separately. Contact for a quote.
Please note that for all consultations, there is a $30 +GST charge. This will be credited to you when you book a service with us. We understand that your time is important, so please understand that ours is too.
